Capt. Jarred Mattos, is a United States Coast Guard licensed and insured Captain, first aid and CPR certified. He was born and raised on the FL waters right here in the Tampa Bay. He has spent countless weekends over the years, exploring the waters and finding our local known best catches: Snook, Red Fish, Trout, Tarpon, Grouper and Cobia. 

Blacked-Out Fishing Charters is a inshore/nearshore charter offering: 1/2, 3/4 or full day adventures for those wanting to fish, snorkel, or see the beauty that Florida has to offer. The boat is based out of New Port Richey, FL. All tackle, bait, and drinking water will be provided for your trip. The charter will take place on a custom built 2023 Dorado 25 SE.
